Description

City of Durham Council is the local planning authority and the City centre champion, responsible for many of the day to day decisions – planning applications, cleansing and general management, the management of the Gala, etc - that have a strong bearing on perceptions of the City centre.  As champion, the City Council is strongly committed to a new Vision for the future of the City centre at the heart of the City.
